DocsNex

A complete rebrand for a B2B legal-tech company, then the system that kept it consistent across every touchpoint after I stopped touching it.

Creative Director and Brand Strategy Lead · June 2024 to May 2026

The problem

A B2B legal-tech company with identity, website, decks and social all pulling in slightly different directions.

The real problem was not the logo. It was that every new piece of marketing started from scratch and drifted a little further from the last one.

They needed a system, not a redesign. Something that would still hold when somebody else was laying out the next page.

What I did

  • Complete rebrand: logo, website, and a full brand system tied to growth and conversion goals rather than to taste.
  • Marketing site with more than ten templated service pages and a layout system, so new copy drops into established templates without a redesign.
  • Multi-channel campaigns across web, email and social, measured with KPIs, A/B testing and pixel data.
  • Client-facing campaign creative across HVAC, construction, real estate and professional services.
  • Presentation decks, sales collateral and social creative, all off the same system.

Decks and documents

The templated page system is the part I am proudest of, because it is the part that kept working without me in the room.
