About
Twenty years of making things people look at.
I am Tiff Pacheco. I run Sicc Media out of Fall River, and I work with small businesses across the South Shore and Rhode Island. What follows is the actual route, not a tidied-up version of it.
Creative Coordinator
Breakthrough Productions
Grassroots campaigns, branding and promotional design for national touring artists and local arts initiatives. Coordinating creative, contracts, event promotion and production materials across a lot of campaigns at once. This is where I learned that a deadline is a real thing and a poster has a job to do.
Paralegal Studies, then twenty years of research
Blackstone Career Institute, Honors Distinction
A parallel track that never really stopped. Legal research, statutory interpretation, writing complicated things in language a normal person can act on. It is the same muscle as good marketing copy, which surprised me too.
Founder and Creative Director
Sicc Media, Fall River MA
An independent studio doing brand identity, campaigns, advertising, print, web and social for small businesses, artists and founder-led brands. Positioning through to production: logo systems, campaign concepts, packaging, presentation design, launch-ready assets. Chiropractic, dental, med spa, fitness, salon, home services, real estate and restaurants, plus HVAC and construction.
Creative Director and Brand Strategy Lead
DocsNex, LLC
Owned brand and creative direction for a B2B company end to end: identity, website, landing pages, pitch decks, sales collateral, social. Led a complete rebrand covering logo and website, tied to growth and conversion goals rather than to taste. Built a marketing site with ten plus templated service pages on a layout system, so new copy drops into an established template instead of starting over.
Three e-commerce brands, built from nothing
DrippFX, GiftNex International, Sicc Arrt
Founder-led Shopify builds, each one taken from name to storefront. Brand system, logo, product page design, visual merchandising, collection architecture, mobile shopping experience, launch marketing. Most designers have never had to care whether the thing actually sold. I have.
Brand and Digital Designer, Digital Marketing Strategist
AdSpot.co
Wrote the strategy that moved AdSpot from a one-off display-ad service to a subscription platform, then designed the platform it became. Shipped 997 programmatic SEO landing pages from one template and one data table, each with its own title, meta description and targeting. Rebuilt navigation into a full mega menu. Built a seven-step onboarding application. Learned a PHP, SQL and cPanel stack on the job because the work needed it.
Section Chair, AI and Ethics Board
Massachusetts Paralegal Association
I lead continuing-education programming on AI, ethics and governance for legal professionals. It is not marketing work, and I am not putting it here to sound clever. It is here because it is the reason I am careful: every number on this site traces to a named source, and I will tell you when I do not know something.
BA Psychology, Magna Cum Laude
University of Massachusetts Lowell, Entrepreneurial Distinction
Plus a Multimedia Applications certificate, also Magna Cum Laude. Psychology turns out to be a reasonable degree for this work. Most of what I do is figuring out what a stranger will assume about your business in four seconds, and then changing it.
MA, Artificial Intelligence Innovation
Eastern University, in progress
A human-centred programme rather than an engineering one: evaluating AI tools critically, designing workflows people can actually live with, and leading responsible adoption. Which is roughly what I am already doing for the Massachusetts Paralegal Association, now with the reading to back it up. The practical version for you: I use these tools daily, and I know where they are wrong.
What that adds up to
Most places sell you one piece. A logo, or a site, or ads. The pieces only work when the same person is holding all of them, and has held them before.
