The basics
What does Sicc Media actually do?
Ten things: brand identity, websites, marketing strategy, content, social media, e-commerce, paid ads, SEO and local listings, AI and automation, and voice agents.
One person holds all of them, because the decisions in one are made of the decisions in the others. Each one has its own page on the services page.
Is Sicc Media an agency?
No. It is me, Tiff. You talk to the person doing the work, not an account manager passing notes along.
Who do you work with?
Local businesses. Trades, restaurants, salons, clinics, law firms, shops. If you want to see how it works for your kind of business, pick it on the who I work with page.
Where are you?
Southeastern Massachusetts, Cape Cod, Worcester County and Rhode Island. I cover the South Shore, Bristol County, Cape Cod, Worcester County and all of Rhode Island. A lot of towns have their own page on the where I work page.
Cost
How much does it cost?
Single fixes start at $499. A full website or store rebuild starts at $3,998. Social media starts at $499 a month, and your first month is free. Brand identity, paid ads and voice agents are quoted after a call.
Every number is on the pricing page.
How does paying for a build work?
Half to start, half at completion. A $3,998 rebuild is $1,999 up front and $1,999 when it is done.
Is there a contract?
Social media runs on a 90-day agreement, and you can cancel any time after that. Fixes and builds are one-time projects.
If you run my ads, does my ad budget go to you?
No. Your ad spend goes to Google or Meta. I charge a management fee on top, quoted after a call.
Ads only pay off when your page already turns visitors into calls. If it does not, the honest answer is to fix that first.
The free stuff
What is the free Receipt?
It is my free audit. Type in your website and Google measures your speed on a phone right there. Then I check your Google profile, reviews, last post, booking path and mobile experience by hand, and send you an itemized estimate of what each problem is costing you every month.
No signup and no card. I do need an email to send the full Receipt to. Run your Receipt.
Is the dollar figure on the Receipt real?
It is an estimate, and I show the math. It comes from three things: what I measured with free public tools, published research I name, and your own numbers if you give them to me.
Can I really download the blog?
Yes. Blog on a Log is all 186 articles as an app. Open it on your phone, add it to your home screen, and it works with no signal. No account and no email. Get the app.
Do I have to hire you to use any of this?
No. The blog, the app, the Receipt and the reading on each service page are free whether you hire me or not. If you would rather do it yourself, that is what they are there for.
How the work goes
Will you post on my social without asking me?
No. Nothing goes out without your yes. You review it, you tap approve, and then I post it.
Can you get me to the top of Google?
Nobody honest can promise a ranking, because Google decides. What I can do is fix the things you control: the right primary category, listings that match everywhere, a Google profile built out properly, and a steady flow of new reviews. Those are what move the map pack.
Can you get me more Google reviews?
Yes, by asking every customer, every time, automatically. Everyone gets the link. If someone had a bad experience, you hear about it first so you can make it right.
What I will not do is send the link only to happy customers. Google calls that review gating and does not allow it.
What is a voice agent?
An AI receptionist that picks up when you cannot. It answers missed calls, books the appointment, and puts a real emergency straight through to a human.
Most businesses start it after hours, when the phone would have gone to voicemail anyway. It is priced on call volume.
Do I need all ten services?
Almost never. Start with what is broken. Tell me what is not working and I will tell you which one fixes it.
