AI policy
Made by a human.
Run by robots.
I am going to tell you exactly where AI is in your work, because most agencies won’t, and because you can tell anyway.
The short version
The face is human. Every headline, every caption, every logo, every page layout, every video script that goes out with your name on it was written or designed by me, Tiff. No AI faces. No AI product photos. No AI “customers.” If a person appears in your content, that person exists.
The back office is automated. Booking confirmations, missed-call text-backs, review requests, reminder sequences, lead routing, reporting. That is where the robots live. That is the part of “The Revolution is Automated” I actually mean.
What I use AI for
- Research and first drafts that I then rewrite in your voice. You will never get a first draft.
- Sorting and tagging leads inside your CRM so a human (you or me) replies faster.
- Transcribing your videos so the words you said become searchable captions.
- Checking what ChatGPT, Gemini and Google’s AI Overviews say about your business, so we can fix it.
What I never use AI for
- Images of people. Ever. Instagram limits the reach of unlabeled AI people, and your customers can tell.
- Product or job-site photos. If the photo is of your work, it is a photo of your work.
- Reviews, testimonials or quotes. Not one word of a customer’s is invented.
- Replies to your customers that pretend to be you. Automated texts say they are automated.
Why I bother writing this down
Because the people you want as customers are already checking. Unlabeled AI content is the number one thing social media users say they want brands to stop doing (Sprout Social, Q1 2026), and half of Gen Z users have already unfollowed or blocked a brand for low-effort AI content. “Made by a human” is turning into what “organic” became in food: a label people look for. I would rather you have it on the wall before your competitors figure out they need it.
The mark
Everything I ship carries this line in the footer, the email signature and the last slide of every deck:
If you ever see something from me that does not live up to that line, tell me, and I will fix it in public.
