For painters ยท Social media management

Social media for painters, built on before and afters.

Painting has the most satisfying before and afters in home services, and most painters never post them. A feed of real transformations is the easiest proof you can build.

The painting company version

Why it matters.

Peeling trim to crisp white. A dark paneled den to a bright family room. Tired kitchen cabinets to a finish that looks factory new. Painting transformations are exactly what people stop scrolling for, and they show a homeowner what you could do in their house. The prep shots in between, the scraping, the priming, the careful masking, show why your quote is higher than the last one.

The trouble is time. In exterior season your crews work every dry day and nobody posts. I build the system once in your brand, write and design posts from your job photos, and you approve with one tap. The price is published: $499 setup, your first month free, then from $499/month, on a 90-day agreement you can cancel any time after.

What I would build

For a painting company.

01Before and after templates

Layouts that pair the before and after cleanly, with room for a line about the problem and the prep. Built once in your brand, so every post looks consistent whoever took the photo.

02Seasonal themes set in advance

Exterior prep and booking reminders in late winter, interior and cabinet posts as the weather turns cold. The recurring themes are set once and keep the feed in step with the season.

03One approval, then publish

You review each post once and approve with a tap. It schedules and publishes on your channels. No back and forth, and nothing goes up without your sign-off.

04A monthly summary

A plain report of what ran, what drew attention, and what moved. If before and afters bring in inquiries and other posts do not, the next month leans into what is working.

The mistake I see

Posting only when it rains and the crew is idle

Painters often post in bursts when work slows and go silent all season. The feed looks dead exactly when homeowners are searching for a painter. Steady posting from real jobs throughout the year, even small ones, keeps you visible. The whole point of the system is that busy season stops meaning silent season.

What you get

Social media management.

The one service with a public price, because it is the same system every time.

  • The complete content system built in your brand
  • Posts written and designed, in your voice
  • Scheduled and published on your channels
  • One approval step, not a committee
  • Monthly summary of what ran and what moved

The one with a public price

The Signal

$499 setup, your first month free, then from $499/month. 90-day agreement, cancel any time after.

Your first month of posting is on me, so you see it working before you pay monthly.

How it goes

For a painting company, step by step.

→ Keep scrolling. It moves sideways.

  1. Build the system

Templates, voice, the recurring themes. Done once.

  2. First 30 days on me

You see it working for a full month before you pay a monthly cent.

  3. You approve, I post

    One review, one tap.

  4. Keep going

90-day agreement, cancel any time after.

  5. Step five is you.

The free Receipt shows what your painting company should fix first. About half a minute, no card.

Questions

What painters ask.

Can I post photos of customers' homes?

Ask first. Most homeowners say yes, especially for exterior work the whole street can already see. Keep house numbers and anything identifying out of frame unless they agree. For interiors, ask specifically and respect a no. I build the permission question into your process so nobody is surprised.

What if my before photos are terrible?

Then I fix the habit, not the past. Your crew gets a short list of shots to grab before work starts, from the same spot they will shoot the after. Phone photos are fine. Even rough before photos beat none, because they make the after believable.

Does social actually bring in painting jobs?

Some come in directly, especially from neighbors who recognize a house. The bigger job is proof. When someone gets your name from a friend and looks you up, a feed full of recent before and afters closes the gap. The monthly summary shows what it is actually producing, and I will say so if it is not enough.

What comes after

Pairs well with.
