For painters ยท Content design
Painting content that does the explaining for you.
You post your own jobs, but making the graphics eats your evenings. I build templates for before and afters, color guides and seasonal emails you can reuse all year.

The painting company version
Why it matters.
Painters spend a surprising amount of time explaining the same things. Why exterior prep matters, why one quote is higher than another, how sheen affects durability, why the season fills early. Good content design turns those explanations into reusable pieces: a prep explainer that goes out with every exterior estimate, a color guide for interior clients, a before and after template that tells the story for you.
Content design also fixes the seasonal email nobody gets around to sending. A late winter note to past exterior customers about booking, and a fall note about interiors, can fill real weeks of the schedule. I design the templates and the batch, and you send them from your own accounts on your own timing.
What I would build
For a painting company.
Templates for posts and stories that put the before and after side by side, with room for the prep that happened in between. Reusable without me, so you can drop in photos any night.
Print collateral that explains your prep process, products and how you protect the home. It sits beside the other quotes and makes the difference in price make sense.
A simple guide for interior clients that explains sheens, durability and how you help choose colors. Designed in your brand and sized for both print and email.
Newsletter designs for exterior booking season and winter interior work, ready for you to send to past customers from your own account whenever the timing feels right.
The mistake I see
Letting the quote compete on price alone
Most painting quotes arrive as a single figure on a plain sheet. The homeowner compares the totals and picks the lowest or the one in the middle. Nothing explains what is included, what prep is planned or what products are going on the house. Content that explains the work behind the price is the easiest way to stop losing jobs to cheaper, rougher crews.

Questions
What painters ask.
Do I really need a printed leave-behind?
For exterior estimates it helps a lot. Homeowners often decide later, sometimes with a spouse who missed the estimate visit. A clear page explaining your prep and products speaks for you in that conversation. For quick interior jobs, an emailed version may be all you need.
Can you make case studies for painting jobs?
Yes, and painting suits them well. A short layout showing the before, the problem, the prep, the product choice and the finish is persuasive, especially for exteriors and cabinets. A couple of strong case studies per service often do more than a large gallery nobody scrolls through.
How often would I get new designs?
Usually as a monthly batch or per campaign, whichever suits how you work. Painters often prefer a seasonal rhythm: a batch before exterior season and another before winter. The templates mean you can make simple posts yourself in between.
