For locksmiths ยท Websites & funnels
Locksmith websites that look real.
Someone locked out at night reads a locksmith site with suspicion. It has to load fast, show a real person and say plainly how pricing works.

You vs. Joe Blow Lock & Key.
Left is your website today. Right is the one Joe Blow Lock & Key has. Drag the line, then hit the button.
Crickets on the left. That is the problem.

What you are paying for
Websites & funnels.
Built in GoHighLevel so your site, forms, calendar, texts and follow-up are one system instead of five tools taped together.
- Mobile-first pages, because that is where your customer is standing
- Booking calendar wired to your real availability
- Forms that create a contact and fire a reply immediately
- Missed-call text back
- Tracking so you know which page produced the inquiry
Next step
Book thirty minutes and I will tell you exactly what it would take.
What I would build
For a locksmith.
Mobile-first pages for home, car and business lockouts, with tap-to-call at the top, your real service area and your photo. Tested on mobile data, since that is what the customer on the porch is using.
A booking calendar wired to real availability for planned work: rekeys after a move, lock upgrades, safe work. Customers who can wait book a slot instead of calling during your busiest hours.
Forms for property managers and businesses that create a contact and fire a reply immediately, capturing the building, the number of doors and the hardware, so you can quote master keying without days of phone tag.
Missed-call text back when you are on a job, and tracking so you know which page produced each inquiry, lockouts or commercial, and where the next round of effort belongs.
The locksmith version
Why it matters.
Standing on a cold porch, phone battery draining, the customer compares two locksmith sites. One is a template with a stock photo, a toll-free number and the word emergency in red. The other shows a local number, the owner's photo, the van, a shop and a sentence on how the service call is priced. They call the second one.
Beyond lockouts, a good locksmith site also has to sell the calmer work: rekeying after a move, high-security locks, master key systems, access control for small offices. I build each as its own page in GoHighLevel, connected to forms, booking and follow-up.
The mistake I see
Copying the look of the lead-gen sites
Some locksmiths copy the style of the big lead-generation sites because those seem to rank: red banners, flashing emergency text, a generic toll-free number. That makes a real local shop look like a call center. Calm design, a local number and real photos do the opposite, and wary customers notice.
How it goes
For a locksmith, step by step.
→ Keep scrolling. It moves sideways.
Map the path
What somebody does between finding you and booking. Usually shorter than people expect.
Build the pages
One page per service, one per town you serve. Not one page trying to do everything.
Wire the follow-up
Auto-acknowledgement, reminders, and the sequence that runs when nobody replies.
Test it on a phone
On mobile data, not office wifi. That is the real condition.
Step five is you.

Questions
What locksmiths ask.
Should our website show our shop address?
If you have a storefront customers can visit, absolutely. It is one of the strongest signals that you are real. If you work from a van with no shop, say where you are based and show the van and yourself instead. Never use a fake address. It hurts trust and can get your profile suspended.
Do we need separate pages for car lockouts and key fob programming?
If you do automotive work, yes. Car lockouts are urgent, while fob replacement and programming is a planned purchase people often weigh against the dealership. Each needs its own page with clear information about which vehicles you handle and how pricing works.
How do we explain that we verify ownership before opening a door?
Put it on the site in plain words: you will ask for ID or proof of residence before opening a home or car. Customers find that reassuring, not annoying, because it means you would not open their door for a stranger. It also separates you from operators who skip it.
