For plumbers ยท Websites & funnels
Plumbing websites built for wet hands.
Someone with water coming through the ceiling will not read your About page. They need your number, your hours and proof you are real, on the first screen of a phone.

You vs. Joe Blow Plumbing.
Left is your website today. Right is the one Joe Blow Plumbing has. Drag the line, then hit the button.
Crickets on the left. That is the problem.

The plumbing company version
Why it matters.
Water is coming through the kitchen ceiling from the upstairs bathroom. The homeowner searches on a phone, taps your listing and lands on a page that crawls, opens with a slideshow and hides the number in a menu. They go back. Google's web.dev guidance rates a Largest Contentful Paint under 2.5 seconds as good, and a panicking homeowner is not more patient than Google.
Planned work needs a different page. A homeowner replacing a water heater or planning a bathroom wants to see options, your process and real photos, then book a time. I build both in GoHighLevel so every form and call lands in one place with follow-up already wired.
What I would build
For a plumbing company.
Mobile-first pages for burst pipes, leaks and backed-up drains with tap-to-call at the top, your service area and your license. Tested on a phone over mobile data, not office wifi, because that is how they will arrive.
One page per service: drain cleaning, water heater repair and replacement, sump pumps, fixture installs, remodel rough-ins. Each answers the questions that customer actually has, instead of one page trying to cover everything.
When you cannot answer, the caller gets a text inside a minute with a way to describe the problem and book. Forms create a contact and fire a reply immediately, so nobody is left wondering whether the message landed.
A booking calendar wired to real availability for estimates and non-urgent visits, plus tracking that shows which page produced each inquiry. You find out whether the water heater pages or the drain pages are earning their keep.
The mistake I see
One services page that lists everything
Most plumbing sites have a single Services page with a bulleted list: drains, leaks, water heaters, gas lines, remodels. Nobody searching for a tankless water heater lands on that, and nobody who does feels answered. Each service needs its own page with real detail, or it might as well not be on the site.
What you get
Websites & funnels.
Built in GoHighLevel so your site, forms, calendar, texts and follow-up are one system instead of five tools taped together.
- Mobile-first pages, because that is where your customer is standing
- Booking calendar wired to your real availability
- Forms that create a contact and fire a reply immediately
- Missed-call text back
- Tracking so you know which page produced the inquiry
How it goes
For a plumbing company, step by step.
→ Keep scrolling. It moves sideways.
Map the path
What somebody does between finding you and booking. Usually shorter than people expect.
Build the pages
One page per service, one per town you serve. Not one page trying to do everything.
Wire the follow-up
Auto-acknowledgement, reminders, and the sequence that runs when nobody replies.
Test it on a phone
On mobile data, not office wifi. That is the real condition.
Step five is you.
The free Receipt shows what your plumbing company should fix first. About half a minute, no card.

Questions
What plumbers ask.
Should a plumbing website show prices?
For simple, standard work, a starting price or a flat diagnostic fee can help, because it removes the fear of an open-ended bill. For emergencies and remodels, explain how you price instead. Never post a price you will not honor. Nothing kills trust faster than a bait number.
Do we need a separate page for tankless water heaters?
If you install them and want more of those jobs, yes. Tankless buyers are researching, not panicking. They want to know about sizing, venting, maintenance and whether it suits their house. A dedicated page answers that and gives them a way to book a consultation.
Can you rebuild our site without losing what we rank for now?
Yes, if it is done carefully. I map the existing pages, keep or redirect the ones that bring in traffic and check Search Console before and after. Rebuilding blindly is how plumbers lose rankings they spent years earning, so I do not do it blindly.
