For veterinarians ยท Websites & funnels
Vet clinic websites that answer the real question.
Owners land on a vet website with one of three questions: are you taking new patients, can I book, and what do I do right now. Answer all three without a scroll.

You vs. Doe Animal Hospital.
Left is your website today. Right is the one Doe Animal Hospital has. Drag the line, then hit the button.
Crickets on the left. That is the problem.

What you are paying for
Websites & funnels.
Built in GoHighLevel so your site, forms, calendar, texts and follow-up are one system instead of five tools taped together.
- Mobile-first pages, because that is where your customer is standing
- Booking calendar wired to your real availability
- Forms that create a contact and fire a reply immediately
- Missed-call text back
- Tracking so you know which page produced the inquiry
Next step
Book thirty minutes and I will tell you exactly what it would take.
What I would build
For a veterinary clinic.
A form that collects the owner, the pet, the previous vet and a records request, creates a contact and fires a reply immediately. When you are full, the same form becomes the waitlist.
A booking calendar connected to the appointment types you actually want booked online, like wellness exams and vaccines. Sick visits and surgery stay a phone call, because they need a person to triage.
Your hours, your emergency policy and the emergency hospital you refer to, with tap-to-call and a map link, on a page built to load fast on mobile data at night.
When every line is busy, the caller gets a text with the booking link and a note that someone will call back. Tracking shows which page produced each new-client inquiry.
The veterinary clinic version
Why it matters.
An owner whose cat stopped eating opens your site on a phone in the kitchen. They scroll past a staff photo and a mission statement hunting for the number, the hours and whether you are open. If that takes more than a few seconds, they call the clinic down the road. The visit was yours to lose, and the site lost it before anyone at your desk knew.
Your front desk feels this. Every confusing page becomes a phone call asking something the site should have said, and every new-client form that has to be printed and brought in becomes another. A clear website is part marketing and part relief for the people answering your phones all day.
The mistake I see
A homepage built for the clinic, not the owner
Vet sites love the team page, the practice history and a gallery of the building. Owners want hours, location, booking, new-patient status and emergency instructions. Put those first. Keep the team page, because people do want to see who will handle their animal, but stop making them scroll through it to find a phone number.
How it goes
For a veterinary clinic, step by step.
→ Keep scrolling. It moves sideways.
Map the path
What somebody does between finding you and booking. Usually shorter than people expect.
Build the pages
One page per service, one per town you serve. Not one page trying to do everything.
Wire the follow-up
Auto-acknowledgement, reminders, and the sequence that runs when nobody replies.
Test it on a phone
On mobile data, not office wifi. That is the real condition.
Step five is you.

Questions
What veterinarians ask.
Should we let clients book sick visits online?
Usually not. A sick visit needs someone to judge how urgent it is, and an online slot cannot tell vomiting once from vomiting all night. Online booking suits wellness exams, vaccines and rechecks. For anything else, the site should steer toward a phone call or a request form your team reviews.
We already have practice management software. Does the website replace it?
No. Your practice software stays the medical record. The website handles the front end: inquiries, intake, booking requests and follow-up texts. I connect what can be connected and am honest about where staff still copy something across. That limit depends on your software, so I check it before I quote.
How fast does a vet site need to load?
Fast enough that a worried owner on a phone does not give up. Google's web.dev guidance treats a Largest Contentful Paint of 2.5 seconds or less as good, and I test against that on mobile data, not office wifi. Autoplay hero videos of puppies are usually the first thing to go.
