For movers ยท Social media management

Social media for movers.

Social will not book many moves on its own. It shows a nervous customer the crew, the trucks and the care before they hand over the keys, and it keeps realtors remembering your name.

The moving company version

Why it matters.

Your quote lands in a customer's inbox next to two others. Before deciding, they tap through to your Facebook page. If the last post is from ages ago, they wonder whether you are still in business. If they see this week's crew wrapping a grandfather clock, a truck packed tight like a puzzle, and a thank-you from a family that just moved in, the decision gets easier.

Social also feeds the referral network. Realtors, stagers and property managers follow local movers they trust, and they share posts that make their clients feel looked after. A steady, professional feed keeps you in their head when somebody asks them who to call.

What I would build

For a moving company.

01A content system for moving day

Recurring themes built once in your brand: crew spotlights, packing tips, how-we-protect-it posts, truck loads, moving checklists. So nobody has to think up a post at the end of a long day.

02Posts written in your voice

Captions that sound like a mover, not a brochure. I write and design each post, schedule it on your channels, and you approve it with one tap.

03Seasonal timing built in

Packing tips in spring when people start planning, end-of-month reminders as leases end, winter-move advice when the snow arrives. Posts land as the questions show up.

04A monthly summary and a public price

What ran, what drew messages, what I will change next month. Pricing is $499 setup, your first month free, then from $499/month, on a 90-day agreement.

The mistake I see

Posting customers' belongings without permission

Moving shows people's whole lives: furniture, artwork, the inside of their homes, sometimes the new address. Some movers post all of it without asking. A customer who sees their living room online feels exposed, and other prospects notice. Ask first, crop out anything personal, and favor crew and truck shots that show care without showing someone's stuff.

What you get

Social media management.

The one service with a public price, because it is the same system every time.

  • The complete content system built in your brand
  • Posts written and designed, in your voice
  • Scheduled and published on your channels
  • One approval step, not a committee
  • Monthly summary of what ran and what moved

The one with a public price

The Signal

$499 setup, your first month free, then from $499/month. 90-day agreement, cancel any time after.

Your first month of posting is on me, so you see it working before you pay monthly.

How it goes

For a moving company, step by step.

→ Keep scrolling. It moves sideways.

  1. Build the system

Templates, voice, the recurring themes. Done once.

  2. First 30 days on me

You see it working for a full month before you pay a monthly cent.

  3. You approve, I post

    One review, one tap.

  4. Keep going

90-day agreement, cancel any time after.

  5. Step five is you.

The free Receipt shows what your moving company should fix first. About half a minute, no card.

Questions

What movers ask.

Do people actually choose movers from social media?

Rarely on its own. Social works as confirmation. Customers find you through search, a realtor or a neighbor, then check your page to see whether you seem real, careful and active. That check matters a lot in a business with this many scam stories, and social keeps the answer reassuring.

What should I post in winter when moves are slow?

Slow months are good for the content you never have time for: crew introductions, how you wrap furniture, what to do with plants and pets on moving day, how to choose a mover safely. Customers planning spring moves see it, and it gives realtors something useful to share with their clients.

How much time will this take me?

Very little. I build the system, write and design the posts, and schedule them. You approve each batch. What I need from you is photos and short clips from jobs when you can grab them, plus a heads-up about anything notable, like a tricky move or a thrilled customer.

What comes after

Pairs well with.
