For movers ยท Content design
Content design for movers.
A printed moving checklist in a realtor's closing folder can outwork a month of posts. Content design for movers is the paperwork and leave-behinds that keep selling without you.

The moving company version
Why it matters.
A realtor hands her client a closing packet. Inside is a clean, branded moving checklist: what to do weeks ahead, the week of, and the night before. Your name and number sit at the bottom. Later, when the client starts calling movers, yours is the name already stuck to the fridge. That is content design doing sales work without anybody making a call.
The same goes for your estimate. A tidy, readable estimate with clear terms eases the fear that pushes customers toward cheaper, sketchier quotes. When the document looks professional, the number on it is easier to believe. If you already post on your own and just hate making the graphics, I make those too.
What I would build
For a moving company.
A branded, printable checklist for realtors, storage facilities and your own customers, laid out so it gets used and not tossed. Print collateral delivered as finished, print-ready files.
A clear template for estimates and inventory sheets, so the customer can see what is included, what changes the price and what happens if plans shift. You fill it in, and the structure does the explaining.
Before-and-after layouts that show a hard move from start to finish: a walk-up with a tight stairwell, a piano, a downsizing. Structured to answer a nervous customer's real questions.
Reusable graphics for packing tips, crew spotlights and customer reviews, built so you can swap the photo and text quickly yourself without wrecking the layout.
The mistake I see
Estimates that look like a text message
Plenty of movers send a number in a text or a plain email with no breakdown. The customer cannot tell what is included, so they assume the worst and go with the company that explained itself. A designed estimate with crew size, truck, hours and clear terms looks honest. In this trade, looking honest is a big part of getting chosen.

Questions
What movers ask.
Will realtors actually hand out my checklist?
Some will, especially if it is genuinely useful and does not read like an ad. A checklist with real advice and your logo at the bottom makes the agent look helpful. Bring a stack, ask whether they want more, and keep it current. The agents who use it become a quiet, steady source of moves.
Can you redesign my estimate form?
I design the layout and structure so it is readable and consistent. The pricing logic, the terms and any wording your licensing or insurance requires come from you. A clearer estimate tends to cut down on back-and-forth calls before booking, because customers stop guessing what is included.
Do you design door hangers for the street we just worked on?
Yes, and it is a smart use of a moving day. Neighbors watched your truck for hours. A door hanger with your name, a phone number and a reason to keep it turns that attention into a lead. Keep the customer's details off it. I design it, and you print and drop it.
