What I would build
For a nail salon.
Consistent frames for finished sets, with space for the tech's name and the design name, so the feed looks curated and every post credits the person who did the work.
The service menu designed for the wall, the website and Google, with clear tiers and add-ons. Built so a price change is a quick edit and not a fresh design job.
A set of matching graphics for each season: summer pedicures, Halloween, holiday sets, Valentine's. Each kit covers posts, stories and an email, so a promotion looks planned.
Print collateral when you need it: gift cards, loyalty punch cards, appointment cards and window signs, all from the same brand files and ready for your printer.
The nail salon version
Why it matters.
A front desk person or a tech who loves Instagram often runs the feed at a nail salon. What they do not have is time to design. So the holiday promo goes out on a free template, the price menu is a photo of the wall, and the gift card graphic changes style every year. The sets look professional. The graphics around them look rushed, and clients notice the gap.
I set the templates once, agree a monthly or per-campaign batch, and deliver finished files sized for where they go. Your team keeps posting on your schedule from your accounts. The difference is that every graphic now looks like it belongs to the same salon.
The mistake I see
Using a different template app every season
Each holiday, someone opens a different app, picks whatever template looks festive, and swaps in the salon name. Over a year the feed turns into a patchwork with no recognizable look. Templates built once from your brand keep the seasonal energy without losing the salon's identity.

Questions
What nail salons ask.
Can our techs make their own posts with these templates?
Yes. Templates are designed for your team to reuse without me, with clear spots for the photo, the tech's name and a short caption. Anyone who can drop a photo into a frame on their phone can make a post that looks on-brand.
Do you design the price menu for print too?
Yes. The same menu design can be sized for a wall board, a printed card at each station and the website. One source file means that when prices change, every version gets updated together instead of drifting apart.
Is content design enough, or do we need full social management?
It depends on whether posting actually happens now. A salon where someone posts several times a week just needs better graphics, and content design covers it. A salon where the feed has been quiet for months needs the posting handled too, which is what managed social does.
