For gyms and fitness studios ยท Content design

Gym graphics your coaches can reuse.

Class schedules, challenge leaderboards, coach intros and front-desk flyers. A gym produces a pile of small graphics every week, and they should look like one gym made them.

What you are paying for

Content design.

For the business that has the posting handled but cannot stand making the posts.

  • Post and story graphics in your brand
  • Templates you can reuse without me
  • Case studies and before-and-after layouts
  • Email and newsletter design
  • Print collateral when you need it

Next step

Book thirty minutes and I will tell you exactly what it would take.

What I would build

For a gym.

01Weekly schedule and class templates

Post and story graphics in your brand for the schedule, class changes and coach spotlights. Templates you can reuse without me, set up so staff only swap the text and the photo.

02Challenge and milestone layouts

Layouts for member challenges, leaderboards and milestone shoutouts, used only with the member's permission. Progress stories can use the before-and-after layout format without leaning on body photos nobody should feel pressured to share.

03Member emails that get opened

Email and newsletter design for schedule changes, new class launches and the freeze option before summer. Clean, readable on a phone, and consistent with the rest of the brand.

04Print for the front desk

Print collateral when you need it: referral cards, a new member welcome sheet, window signs for the January push. Delivered as finished files, sized for the printer you already use.

The gym version

Why it matters.

This fits the gym where a coach or the owner already posts, but the graphics are a mess. The weekly schedule is a phone screenshot. The summer challenge flyer uses a different font than the window sign. Someone spends Sunday night in a design app making the leaderboard. Templates in your brand turn that into a quick job anyone on staff can do, and the feed starts to look like it belongs to one place.

It also covers the things that never get designed properly. A welcome packet for new members. An email announcing new class times. A printed referral card at the front desk. These are where a gym looks either organized or improvised, and a new member notices on day one.

The mistake I see

Before-and-after photos as the main sales pitch

Transformation photos look persuasive, but they carry problems for a gym. They imply a result you cannot promise every member, they can push away beginners who feel judged, and the people in them may regret it later. If you use them, get written permission and keep them as one story among many, not the headline of your marketing.

How it goes

For a gym, step by step.

→ Keep scrolling. It moves sideways.

  1. Set the templates

So everything after this is fast and consistent.

  2. Agree a batch

Monthly or per campaign, whichever suits how you work.

  3. Make it

Delivered as finished files, sized for where they are going.

  4. You publish

On your schedule, from your accounts.

  5. Step five is you.

Questions

What gyms and fitness studios ask.

Can our staff edit the templates themselves?

That is the point of them. Templates are built so a coach can swap the photo, the class name and the time without breaking the layout. I hand them over in a tool your staff already uses where possible. If something comes up that the templates do not cover, that becomes part of the next batch.

Is content design different from social media management?

Yes. Content design makes the graphics and you post them on your schedule, from your accounts. Social media management writes, designs, schedules and publishes everything for you. If someone on staff enjoys posting but hates making the graphics, content design fits better and leaves the posting with the person who already does it well.

Can you make a member welcome packet?

Yes, and it is a piece many gyms skip. A short printed or emailed guide covering how to book, what to bring, gym etiquette, who the coaches are and how to freeze or cancel. It answers the questions new members are too shy to ask at the desk, and it makes the first week feel planned.

What comes after

Pairs well with.
