For HVAC companies ยท Content design
HVAC content design, done in batches.
You have someone posting. What you lack is material worth posting: install write-ups, tune-up reminders, agreement mailers and leave-behinds that look like one company made them.

The HVAC company version
Why it matters.
A tech finishes a heat pump conversion in an older cape with baseboard heat. The before shot shows an oil tank in the basement, the after shows a clean outdoor unit and two wall heads. That is the most persuasive piece of marketing the shop will make all month, and it usually sits in somebody's camera roll because nobody has time to lay it out.
Content design is for the shop that has posting covered but cannot produce the material. I set up templates once, then deliver batches on a schedule, sized for where they are going. You or your office manager publish them on your own timing.
What I would build
For an HVAC company.
Before-and-after layouts for conversions, boiler replacements and ductless installs: the problem, the house, what you put in, what changed for the homeowner. Built as a template so the next one takes very little of your time.
Print collateral for the maintenance program: a leave-behind the tech hands over after a tune-up, a renewal card, a magnet with your number. The stuff that is still on the fridge when the heat quits.
Post and story graphics for tune-up season, cold snap tips and cooling season, in your brand. Plus templates you can reuse without me, so the office can make a quick notice when the schedule fills up.
Email and newsletter design for agreement members: tune-up reminders, seasonal tips, a short note before peak season. Designed to be read on a phone, with one clear next step and nothing to dig through.
The mistake I see
Posting the manufacturer's graphics
Plenty of HVAC shops post the equipment brand's promotional graphics because they are free and polished. They also look identical to every other dealer's feed, and they sell the box rather than your crew. Homeowners pick an installer, not a logo on a condenser. Your own installs, in your own branding, do that job.

Questions
What HVAC companies ask.
Do you need to come on site to make install case studies?
Not for content design. Your techs send photos from the job, ideally a before, a during and an after, plus a few notes on the house and the problem. I turn that into a finished layout. I do not run video shoots, but a short phone clip from the tech can go out with the social posts.
Can you design our maintenance agreement itself?
I can design the document, the sign-up page layout and the renewal materials so they look professional and are easy to read. What goes in the agreement, the terms and the price, is your call, ideally worked out in a planning session first. I will not write contract terms for you.
How many pieces come in a monthly batch?
It depends on what you need and how often you publish. You and I agree the batch up front, so you know exactly what is coming. For most HVAC shops the useful mix is a couple of case studies, a set of seasonal posts and one member email, adjusted as the seasons turn.
