For remodelers and home improvement contractors ยท Content design
Remodeling content that turns projects into proof.
Every finished remodel is a case study waiting to happen. I design the layouts that turn your photos and notes into proof a nervous homeowner can actually read.

The remodeling company version
Why it matters.
Proof sells remodeling more than almost any other home trade, because the homeowner is buying something that does not exist yet. A well-designed case study shows the cramped kitchen, the plan, the decisions, the surprise behind the wall and how you handled it, then the finished room. That story answers questions a gallery cannot. Most remodelers have the raw material sitting in their phones and never turn it into anything.
Content design suits the remodeler who handles their own posting but has no time to build layouts. I set templates once, agree a batch per month or per project, and deliver finished files sized for where they go. That includes newsletters to past clients, who are your best referral source and often forget to mention your name.
What I would build
For a remodeling company.
A reusable structure for kitchens, baths and additions that walks through before, decisions, process and after. Built so you can produce one per finished job without starting from scratch.
Side-by-side layouts for posts and stories, matched to your brand, so the same angle shot before and after tells the story at a glance, even to someone scrolling fast.
Print collateral and presentation layouts for design meetings and proposals, so the paperwork a homeowner holds looks as careful as the finished rooms in your portfolio.
Email designs for people who already hired you. Seasonal project ideas, a recent case study, a reminder that you exist when their neighbor asks for a name.
The mistake I see
A camera roll full of projects and no stories
Remodelers usually have a phone full of photos from every job and nothing built from them. The photos sit unsorted, the before shots were never matched to the afters, and the story of each project lives only in the owner's head. That is the most persuasive material the business owns, and it does nothing while the next homeowner compares bids.

Questions
What remodelers and home improvement contractors ask.
What makes a good remodeling case study?
A clear before, the homeowner's goal, the key decisions and why, one real problem you solved, and the finished result. Short, honest and specific. Skip the adjectives and let the photos and decisions carry it. A case study that admits a surprise and shows how you handled it is more convincing than one pretending everything went perfectly.
Can you design my proposals too?
Yes, as print collateral or a presentation template. A remodeling proposal is often the last thing a homeowner reads before signing, and it sits on the table next to other bids. A clear, branded layout that explains scope, phases and what is included makes the decision easier. I design the template, you fill in the numbers.
I already have a social media person. Is this redundant?
Probably not. Many social media helpers post but do not design case studies, proposals or newsletters. Content design covers the pieces that need real layout work and get reused. If your current person already builds strong templates, I can focus only on case studies and proposals, which is usually where remodelers are weakest.
