For gyms and fitness studios ยท Websites & funnels
Gym websites that turn visits into trials.
The schedule page and the trial signup do the selling. The homepage slideshow does very little. Build the site around the two pages people actually use.

You vs. Joe Schmo Fitness.
Left is your website today. Right is the one Joe Schmo Fitness has. Drag the line, then hit the button.
Crickets on the left. That is the problem.

What you are paying for
Websites & funnels.
Built in GoHighLevel so your site, forms, calendar, texts and follow-up are one system instead of five tools taped together.
- Mobile-first pages, because that is where your customer is standing
- Booking calendar wired to your real availability
- Forms that create a contact and fire a reply immediately
- Missed-call text back
- Tracking so you know which page produced the inquiry
Next step
Book thirty minutes and I will tell you exactly what it would take.
What I would build
For a gym.
One schedule, pulled from the booking system you already use where that connection exists, or edited in one place that feeds every page. Mobile-first, so someone in the parking lot can see what starts soon.
A booking calendar for intro sessions or first classes, tied to real coach availability. The form creates a contact and fires a reply immediately, so the person gets a confirmation and a what-to-bring note while they still care.
During the evening rush nobody can grab the phone. A missed call gets a text inside a minute with the schedule link and a way to book a trial, so the caller does not try the next gym on the list.
Tracking that shows which page and which source produced each trial booking. You will know whether the outdoor summer class page brings in new people or only gets clicked by current members.
The gym version
Why it matters.
Watch what a prospect does late in the evening. They land on your homepage from Google, skip the mission statement, and look for three things: what classes run when they are free, what it costs, and how to try it. If the schedule is a PDF from last spring and the trial form says someone will reach out, you have asked a motivated person to wait until tomorrow. By tomorrow the motivation is gone.
Existing members use the site differently. They want tonight's schedule, a holiday hours change, or how to freeze their membership for the summer. When those answers are buried, they call the front desk during the busiest hour, or they stop asking and cancel. A gym site has two audiences, and both should find their answer without hunting.
The mistake I see
Hiding the price behind a consultation
Lots of gyms gate pricing behind a consult because the sales conversation closes better in person. That logic holds for someone who has already decided to come in. For a beginner comparing options on a phone, no price reads as expensive and pushy. Publish a starting rate, say what the trial includes, and let the consult handle the rest.
How it goes
For a gym, step by step.
→ Keep scrolling. It moves sideways.
Map the path
What somebody does between finding you and booking. Usually shorter than people expect.
Build the pages
One page per service, one per town you serve. Not one page trying to do everything.
Wire the follow-up
Auto-acknowledgement, reminders, and the sequence that runs when nobody replies.
Test it on a phone
On mobile data, not office wifi. That is the real condition.
Step five is you.

Questions
What gyms and fitness studios ask.
Our booking app already has a schedule. Do we need one on the website?
Yes, but it should not be a second copy you maintain by hand. Prospects searching Google land on your website, not inside the app. The site schedule should embed or pull from the app, or be the one place you edit. Two schedules drift apart within a season, and the wrong one costs you a first visit.
Should members be able to cancel online?
Make the path clear on the site, and match it exactly to your contract and to the rules that apply to gym memberships in your state. A buried or contradictory cancellation process turns into a review. A clear one, with an offer to freeze instead, keeps some of those people and keeps the rest from writing about you.
Do we need a page for every class type?
For the formats people search for by name, yes. Someone looking for a beginner strength class or a spin studio wants a page that explains what the class is like, who it suits, and when it runs. Small variations of the same class can share a page. One generic classes page cannot rank for all of them.
