For gyms and fitness studios ยท Social media management
Social media for gyms, without the stock workout photos.
Before someone books a trial, they scroll your page to see who trains there and whether they would fit in. That is the whole job of a gym's social feed.

What I would build
For a gym.
The complete content system built in your brand: class spotlights, coach introductions, schedule changes, member milestones, challenge announcements. Built once, so a storm closure post takes minutes instead of a scramble.
Posts written in your voice, whether that is a drill sergeant or a warm neighbor. No generic motivational quotes that every other gym in the feed is also posting this week.
Scheduled and published on your channels, with the calendar weighted toward the moments that matter: the run-up to January, the late-winter retention push, summer freeze reminders, the September restart.
One approval step, not a committee of coaches. A monthly summary of what ran and what moved, including which posts brought trial signups instead of only likes.
The gym version
Why it matters.
A gym's feed works as a preview of walking in. A beginner thinking about a first class opens your Instagram and looks at the people, not the captions. If every post is a stock photo of a sculpted athlete or a flyer for a promo, they learn nothing about what a Tuesday evening class is like. Real coaches, real classes and the actual room, with permission from anyone shown, answer the question they came with.
Members use it too. They check whether class is cancelled for a storm, see who hit a milestone, and share the posts that include them. That sharing puts you in front of their friends, who are the warmest leads a gym gets.
The mistake I see
Posting members without asking first
Gyms are full of great content, which means they are full of people who did not agree to be in it. A member caught mid-rep in the background of a post may not want coworkers seeing it. Plan posts around people who said yes in writing, and keep everyone else out of frame. One upset member costs more than the post earned.

Questions
What gyms and fitness studios ask.
Can you post when we close for a snowstorm?
Yes. Storm closures, holiday hours and last-minute class changes are templated so they go out fast once you confirm. The approval step still applies, because you are the one who knows whether the parking lot has been plowed. For true same-hour changes, your staff can post from the template directly.
Should we post every day?
Not unless you have something worth showing every day. A few strong posts a week that show real classes and real coaches beat daily filler. Members tune out repetition, and volume on its own does not earn reach. The schedule is set in the system build and adjusted based on what the monthly summary shows.
What happens after the 90-day agreement?
You can cancel any time after the 90-day agreement ends, or keep going month to month. By then you will have the templates, the voice and a full quarter of results to judge it by. If it is not producing trial interest, I will say so and suggest where the money would work harder.
