For auto detailers and car washes ยท Websites & funnels

Websites for auto detailers.

A detailing site has one job: show the work and let people book. Real before-and-afters, a package menu anybody can follow, and a calendar that knows where your van will be.

The detailing shop version

Why it matters.

Your reel of a muddy SUV interior turned spotless catches a customer mid-scroll, and they tap the link. If it lands on a slow page with a vague menu and a contact form, the impulse fades. If it lands on clear packages, a gallery of similar cars and a calendar showing open slots this week, they book while the motivation is still there.

Mobile detailing adds a scheduling problem. Your calendar has to know where you are headed and how long each package takes, so you do not book a full correction across the county between quick interiors. A booking system wired to your real availability handles that, instead of you juggling messages between jobs.

What I would build

For a detailing shop.

01Package pages people understand

Each package explained plainly: what is included, roughly how long it takes, what kind of car and condition it suits. Mobile-first, because that is where people browse right after seeing your post.

02Booking tied to your real schedule

A booking calendar wired to your real availability and package lengths, with mobile and shop appointments handled separately, so the schedule actually works on the road.

03Forms that answer right away

Year, make, model, condition, photos if they have them. The form creates a contact and fires a reply immediately, so the customer knows you received it while they are still excited.

04Missed calls get a text back

You are under a dashboard with a vacuum when the phone rings. Missed-call text back replies for you, so the caller is not left waiting while they look up another detailer.

The mistake I see

A gallery of only finished cars

Plenty of detailing sites show glossy final shots with no before. Every detailer has those. The customer cannot tell what you actually fixed. Pair every after with a before from the same angle and lighting: the stained seat, the swirled hood, the hazy headlight. That comparison is the sales pitch, and it is the part sites usually leave out.

What you get

Websites & funnels.

Built in GoHighLevel so your site, forms, calendar, texts and follow-up are one system instead of five tools taped together.

  • Mobile-first pages, because that is where your customer is standing
  • Booking calendar wired to your real availability
  • Forms that create a contact and fire a reply immediately
  • Missed-call text back
  • Tracking so you know which page produced the inquiry
Price. A full rebuild starts at $3,998 ($1,999 to start, $1,999 at completion). Single fixes start at $499.

How it goes

For a detailing shop, step by step.

→ Keep scrolling. It moves sideways.

  1. Map the path

What somebody does between finding you and booking. Usually shorter than people expect.

  2. Build the pages

One page per service, one per town you serve. Not one page trying to do everything.

  3. Wire the follow-up

Auto-acknowledgement, reminders, and the sequence that runs when nobody replies.

  4. Test it on a phone

On mobile data, not office wifi. That is the real condition.

  5. Step five is you.

The free Receipt shows what your detailing shop should fix first. About half a minute, no card.

Questions

What auto detailers and car washes ask.

Should I show prices on my website?

Yes, at least starting prices by vehicle size and package. Detailing customers compare, and a site with no prices sends them to one that has them. Explain what can raise the price, like heavy pet hair, stains or paint condition. Clarity saves you from long message threads that end with ghosting.

Can customers book a ceramic coating online?

They can book a consultation or inspection online. A coating usually needs you to see the paint and discuss prep, correction and maintenance first. Letting someone book a full coating blind sets up a pricing conflict. Book the consult online, then quote properly once you have seen the car in person.

Should my site show where I travel for mobile service?

Yes. Customers want to know whether you come to them before they bother reading the packages. A clear list of the areas you cover saves wasted inquiries on both sides. Pages for the towns you serve also help you show up when people search locally.

What comes after
