For chiropractors · Brand identity & design
Chiropractic branding that earns a skeptic's trust.
Skeptical patients judge credibility fast. A brand that looks like a clinic, not a wellness fad or a strip-mall coupon, buys you the time to explain what you do.

What I would build
For a chiropractic practice.
Primary logo plus the stacked and single-color versions you actually need: the sign, the letterhead, the intake form header, the embroidered polo. Clean enough to sit next to a physician's referral letter without looking out of place.
Color palette with hex, RGB and CMYK values. Calm and clinical without feeling cold, with enough contrast for older patients reading forms in your waiting room.
Typefaces chosen and licensed, with sizes and weights specified for forms and handouts, not just the logo. Care plan sheets and insurance explanations need to be readable by someone who left their glasses at home.
A one-page rule sheet anybody can follow, so the associate who makes a workshop flyer or the front desk updating a sign does not invent a new look. Files organized and handed over, yours to keep.
The chiropractic practice version
Why it matters.
Picture a new patient handed two business cards at a networking breakfast. One has a clean mark, clinic colors and a readable name. The other has a cartoon spine, three fonts and a slogan about wellness. Neither says anything about your training. But the second one confirms what a doubter already suspected, and they never book. Chiropractic carries skepticism into every first impression, so the brand has to look careful.
Inside the office, the brand has to work too. Intake forms, the care plan handout, the window, the reminder emails, the shirt your front desk wears. When each of those looks like it came from a different practice, patients notice the disorder even if they cannot name it.
The mistake I see
Leaning on spine imagery and wellness slogans
Spine graphics, hands on a back, and taglines about living your best life are everywhere in this field. They do not distinguish you, and the wellness tone can make a skeptical patient more doubtful, not less. A brand built on your name, a clean mark and a plain promise about how you treat people stands apart from the spine-logo crowd.

Look at what exists
Your current marks, your competitors, and what your customers already associate with you.
Direction, not options
Two directions, not eight. Eight is a way of making you do the deciding.
Build the system
The mark, then everything that has to sit next to it.
Hand it over

Questions
What chiropractors ask.
Should the practice brand be my name or a clinic name?
If you plan to stay solo and your name is already known locally, your name builds on that. If you plan to add associates or sell the practice someday, a clinic name travels better, because patients attach to the brand rather than one person. The brand system works either way. The decision is about the practice you want later.
Does a new logo help with skeptical patients?
A logo on its own does not change anyone's mind. What helps is consistency and restraint across everything a patient sees, so the practice reads as organized and clinical. The logo is the anchor for that. The persuading still happens on the website, in your reviews, and in how the first visit goes.
Can you make our brand sit well beside referral partners?
I can make sure the brand looks at home next to medical letterhead and referral materials, so it does not look out of place on a physician's desk. I will not copy another organization's branding. Your practice should look like itself, with a clinical tone that fits the company it keeps.
What comes after
Pairs well with.
Your site has two jobs: tell a nervous patient exactly what happens on the first visit, and let them book it without calling.
