For chiropractors ยท Paid ads
Chiropractic ads that respect the rules and the patient.
Ads work for chiropractors when someone is already searching and the page they land on answers cost, insurance and the first visit. Otherwise they buy skeptical clicks.

What you are paying for
Paid ads.
Ads amplify whatever is already there. If the page does not convert, ads make you lose money faster.
- Search and call-only campaigns for people already looking
- Retargeting for the ones who bounced
- Landing pages built for the ad, not the home page
- Call tracking so you know what a booked job cost
- A pause rule for when you are booked out

What I would build
For a chiropractic practice.
Search and call-only campaigns for chiropractic searches in a tight radius around your office. People rarely drive far for regular care, so the budget goes where your patients live and work.
Landing pages built for the ad, not the home page. First visit details, cost, insurance plans accepted, booking. No conditions list and no package pricing. One promise, kept on the page.
Retargeting for people who visited and did not book, kept general and within the health-related limits the ad platforms set. Nobody gets an ad that implies you know their condition.
Call tracking so you know what a booked new patient cost. A pause rule for when the schedule is full, so you are not paying for patients you would have to send to a long wait.
The chiropractic practice version
Why it matters.
The ad that works is plain. A person searches chiropractor near me on a Sunday night, sees a search ad with your name and new patient availability, and lands on a page showing exactly what the first visit involves and costs. That is someone with a problem and intent. Compare that to a social ad offering a discounted exam, which pulls in coupon seekers who may never book a second visit.
Health ads carry extra limits. Ad platforms restrict targeting by health conditions, and tracking pixels should stay off pages where patients enter health information. I check the destination first, set up tracking that counts bookings without sending health details anywhere, and measure to visits booked, not clicks.
The mistake I see
Running discount exam ads
Low-price exam offers are a standard chiropractic ad, and they fill the schedule with people shopping for a deal. A practice can end up with plenty of first visits and very few second ones. Depending on your payer contracts and board rules, discounts can also raise compliance questions. A clear offer at your real price brings fewer, better patients.
How it goes
For a chiropractic practice, step by step.
→ Keep scrolling. It moves sideways.
Check the destination
If the page is not ready, I fix that first or I do not start.
Start small and local
Tight radius, tight keywords, real budget cap.
Measure to booked work
Not clicks, not impressions. Jobs.
Scale or stop
Both are acceptable outcomes and I will tell you which.
Step five is you.

Questions
What chiropractors ask.
Can I target people with back pain on Facebook?
No. Meta and Google both restrict ad targeting based on health conditions, and targeting options that pointed at them have been removed or limited. You can target by location and general demographics. The ad itself can speak to people looking for chiropractic care, as long as it does not imply you know anything about the viewer's health.
How long before we know if ads work?
Long enough to see booked visits, not just clicks. That depends on your budget and how many searches happen in your area, so I set a review point with you before launch. If the cost per booked new patient is not acceptable by then, the ads stop. Scaling and stopping are both fine outcomes.
Should we stop ads when the schedule is full?
Yes. That is what the pause rule is for. Paying for new patient calls you cannot book in a reasonable time wastes money and can produce frustrated reviews. When openings come back, the campaigns resume. Ad spend goes to the platform, not to me, so pausing saves you real money.
What comes after
Pairs well with.
Your site has two jobs: tell a nervous patient exactly what happens on the first visit, and let them book it without calling.
