For chiropractors ยท Content design

Content design for chiropractic offices.

Care plan sheets, new patient packets, workshop flyers, home care handouts. Chiropractors hand patients a lot of paper. It should look like it came from a careful clinic.

What I would build

For a chiropractic practice.

01Care plan and new patient layouts

Print collateral and layouts for care plans, new patient welcome sheets and visit schedules. Designed for clarity, with room for your clinical content, which you write and approve.

02Templates for posts and stories

Post and story graphics in your brand. Templates you can reuse without me for workshop announcements, open new patient slots, staff introductions and office closures.

03Newsletters that stay HIPAA-safe

Email and newsletter design for general updates: office news, seasonal notes framed as general information, new services. Patient lists stay inside a secure tool, and no newsletter is personalized with anything clinical.

04Before-and-after, carefully

Case studies and before-and-after layouts, used for things like an office renovation or a community event, or with written patient authorization. For a health practice, I lean on process and experience stories over results.

The chiropractic practice version

Why it matters.

Consider the moment a doctor explains a care plan. The patient is half listening, a little overwhelmed, and probably thinking about cost. Then they get a photocopied sheet with a clip-art spine and a dense paragraph. They take it home and decide alone. A clear, designed handout that explains the plan, the visit schedule and the cost in plain terms repeats part of the conversation when you are not in the room.

The same goes for the new patient packet, the workshop invite, the holiday hours sign and the newsletter. These are small pieces, but they are where a patient forms an opinion about how organized you are. That opinion carries into whether they trust your recommendation.

The mistake I see

Handouts that read like a sales brochure

Care plan handouts often lead with package pricing, savings badges and urgency. A patient deciding at the kitchen table reads that as pressure. Lead with what the plan is, how visits are spaced, and what it costs, in that order. The handout should feel like a summary of your recommendation, not a coupon.

How it goes

For a chiropractic practice, step by step.

→ Keep scrolling. It moves sideways.

  1. Set the templates

So everything after this is fast and consistent.

  2. Agree a batch

Monthly or per campaign, whichever suits how you work.

  3. Make it

Delivered as finished files, sized for where they are going.

  4. You publish

On your schedule, from your accounts.

  5. Step five is you.

Questions

What chiropractors ask.

Can you write the health content in our handouts?

I design and write around it, but the clinical content comes from you. What a care plan involves, home care instructions, anything that tells a patient what to do with their body is your professional call. I make it readable and on brand, and you approve every word before it prints.

How often should we send a newsletter?

Only as often as you have something useful to say. Monthly suits some offices, and a seasonal note is fine for others. The design template makes each one fast. What matters more is that it goes to people who opted in, through a tool that keeps your patient list secure.

Can we get workshop flyers for local employers?

Yes. Lunch-and-learn and workshop flyers, plus the sign-up sheet and a thank-you email template, are a good fit for this service. I make them in your brand so they look like they came from a clinic, not a coupon mailer. Your talk content stays your own.

What comes after

Pairs well with.
