For chiropractors ยท Websites & funnels
Chiropractic websites that answer the skeptic.
Your site has two jobs: tell a nervous patient exactly what happens on the first visit, and let them book it without calling. Everything else is decoration.

What you are paying for
Websites & funnels.
Built in GoHighLevel so your site, forms, calendar, texts and follow-up are one system instead of five tools taped together.
- Mobile-first pages, because that is where your customer is standing
- Booking calendar wired to your real availability
- Forms that create a contact and fire a reply immediately
- Missed-call text back
- Tracking so you know which page produced the inquiry

What I would build
For a chiropractic practice.
Mobile-first pages, including one that walks through the first visit in plain language: how long it takes, what to wear, what the doctor will do, and what it costs. No clinical promises, just what to expect.
A booking calendar wired to your real availability, with new patient slots set aside so a returning patient does not take the only opening for someone in their first week of pain.
Forms that create a contact and fire a reply immediately, set up so health details go to a properly secured intake tool rather than a general inbox. The confirmation text says when and where, not why.
Missed-call text back for the hours you are with patients. Tracking so you know which page produced the booking, without sending health details to ad platforms through tracking pixels on intake pages.
The chiropractic practice version
Why it matters.
A new patient with a sore back searches late at night, finds you, and opens your site on their phone. They want three answers before they will book: whether you take their insurance, what the first visit involves and costs, and whether they can schedule without talking to anyone. If those answers are buried under a list of conditions treated, they go back to the search results.
Intake is the other half. Patients who fill out paperwork before arriving start the visit sooner and less stressed. Online intake has to be handled properly, because health information collected through your site falls under HIPAA. The tools that store it need a business associate agreement, and the form should only ask what you need.
The mistake I see
A conditions list instead of answers
Chiropractic sites love long lists of conditions treated, each linking to a thin page. Those pages rarely answer what a new patient is actually worried about, and broad claims about conditions can draw attention from your board. Put your effort into the first visit, insurance, cost and care plan pages. Those are the questions standing between a patient and the booking.
How it goes
For a chiropractic practice, step by step.
→ Keep scrolling. It moves sideways.
Map the path
What somebody does between finding you and booking. Usually shorter than people expect.
Build the pages
One page per service, one per town you serve. Not one page trying to do everything.
Wire the follow-up
Auto-acknowledgement, reminders, and the sequence that runs when nobody replies.
Test it on a phone
On mobile data, not office wifi. That is the real condition.
Step five is you.

Questions
What chiropractors ask.
Should new patients be able to book online?
Yes, for a new patient visit with a set length. People in discomfort often search late, when your office is closed, and a calendar lets them commit while they are motivated. Hold specific slots for new patients so the calendar does not show them a long wait when you could have fit them in.
Is it a HIPAA problem to have a contact form?
A plain contact form asking for name, phone and preferred time is low risk. It becomes a concern when the form asks about symptoms or history and that data lands in an ordinary email inbox or a tool that will not sign a business associate agreement. Keep the general form general, and route intake through a secure tool.
Should we post our cash prices?
Posting your cash-pay rate for a first visit and a standard follow-up tends to help, because cost uncertainty keeps people from booking. If you are in network with certain plans, list them too. Check what your payer contracts and your board allow before publishing anything that looks like a discount.
