For real estate agents ยท Content design
Content design for real estate agents.
Your listing presentation, postcards and just-listed graphics are the most visible marketing you make. Content design makes them look like one agent, not three different apps.

The real estate brokerage version
Why it matters.
A seller sits across from you at the kitchen table. You hand over a listing presentation built from a brokerage template years ago, then show a sharp, branded brochure from your last listing. Which one do they remember? Consistent, well-designed materials make the case that you will market their home with the same care.
Agents often want to keep posting themselves but are tired of building graphics from scratch. Templates designed for your brand let you produce just-listed posts, open house flyers and market updates quickly, from your own accounts, without the feed looking like a collage.
What I would build
For a real estate brokerage.
Presentation design for your listing appointment, laying out your process, marketing examples and seller reviews, with a template you can update for each home you pitch.
Print collateral for listings: brochures and feature sheets with room for photos, floor plans and highlights. Brokerage identification placed exactly as your office requires it.
Just-listed, just-sold and market update postcards designed for direct mail, consistent with your brand, with a QR code pointing to a real page when it helps.
Templates for just-listed, open house and market posts, plus an email newsletter design your sphere will actually read. You publish on your own schedule, from your own accounts.
The mistake I see
Listing copy that describes the buyer
Copy like perfect for a young family or great for empty nesters feels friendly and is exactly the kind of language fair housing guidance warns against. Describe the home instead: bedrooms, layout, the yard, the light, the commute. My templates are built around facts about the property, and I flag steering language when I see it.

Questions
What real estate agents ask.
Can you write my listing descriptions?
I can design the layouts and help shape the copy, but you and your seller approve every factual claim about the home. Listing details carry disclosure implications, so accuracy stays your responsibility. I focus on making it readable, consistent and free of language that could raise fair housing concerns.
Do postcards still work for agents?
For a defined farm area or your sphere, they can, because the mailbox is less crowded than the feed. They work best when consistent over time and useful, like local market notes, rather than a one-off just-sold card. A QR code to a real page shows you which neighbors are paying attention.
Can I keep the templates if I change brokerages?
Yes. The templates are yours. When you switch, the brokerage logo and identification get swapped to match the new office's requirements, and the rest of your brand stays consistent. That continuity is a big part of why agents invest in templates of their own.
What comes after
Pairs well with.
Agent feeds fill up with just-listed graphics and motivational quotes, and your sphere scrolls past both.
